Cheesy Bean Burger

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 400g mixed beans, drained and rinsed
- 80g vegetarian cheese, grated
Method

Put the mixed beans in a bowl and roughly mash.

Heat the oil in a small frying pan and gently fry the onion and garlic, until soft.

Stir the onions and cheese into the butter beans and season to taste.

Shape the mixture into 4 burger shapes.

Cook on your Firepod griddle for 5-6 mins on each side.

Serve with some rocket and cherry tomatoes.
