Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 pack fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 pack fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 500 gms chicken, cut into chunks
Method

Put the chopped herbs and garlic in a bowl and stir in the vinegar.

Add the oil, stir and season with salt and black pepper.

Put the chicken in the mixture and leave in the fridge to marinade for 1-2 hours before cooking on your Firepod griddle.
