- 1 pizza base
- 120g/4 ½ oz passata
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- Big pinch of salt
- 1 mozzarella ball, torn into small pieces
- 10 pepperoni slices
- 30g/1 oz grated cheddar cheese
In a bowl mix together the passata, tomato puree and mixed herbs. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza base with the back of a spoon.
Scatter the mozzarella and pepperoni then top with the cheddar.
Cook in your Firepod for 4 minutes turning once during cooking.
