Honey & Lime Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- Juice of 3 limes
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Thai curry paste
- 1 fresh red chilli, seeded and thinly sliced
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a pan and heat gently. Do not boil.
- Serve with fish cakes or prawns cooked on your Firepod.
