King Prawns & Thai Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Thai fish sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- Handful coriander, chopped
- Juice 4 limes
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 900g raw king prawns
Method

Mix together the fish sauce, chilli, spring onions, rice vinegar, coriander, lime juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar has melted.

Place the prawns on your Firepod griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Serve the prawns with the dipping sauce.
