Naan Bread

Ingredients
- 170g Plain flour
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- A pinch of salt
- 125ml water
- 1 tbsp nigella seeds
Method

Put the flour, nigella seeds, pepper and salt into a bowl and mix together.

Add the oil and water and mix until the dough is soft. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into 6 balls and roll each one into a thin disc.

Cook one at a time in your Firepod for 4 minutes.
