Pork & Pineapple Skewers

Ingredients
- 400gms pork fillet, cut into cubes
- 4 tbsp muscovado sugar
- 60ml cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Small tin of fresh pineapple, well drained
- 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 10 cherry tomatoes
Method

Heat the sugar and vinegar in a pan until the sugar melts.

Add the fish sauce and leave to cool.

Tip in the pork and coat thoroughly.

Assemble the ingredients onto the skewers and cook on the Firepod griddle for 4-5 mins on each side.
