Quick Flat Bread
Servings: 4 - 6 Flatbreads

Cooking time: 4 minutes
Ingredients
- 200gm/7oz plain or wholemeal flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 100ml/3 ½ fl oz warm water
- 2 tbsp of sunflower oil, plus extra for cooking
Method

Place the flour and salt in a large bowl and sprinkle over the water.

Mix the flour and water together with your hands.

Add the oil and knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is soft.

Divide the dough into 4 or 6 balls.

On a floured surface roll out each ball one at a time.

Cook in your Firepod for 4 minutes each.
