Spicy veggie burger

Ingredients
100g breadcrumbs
2 tsp of chilli powder
Small bunch of coriander stalks and leaves chopped
1 egg
200g fresh salsa
150ml natural yogurt
Juice of ½ lime
6 burger buns, avocado and sliced onion to serve
Method

Heat up your Firepod griddle.

Tip the beans into a bowl and crush with a masher.

Add the breadcrumbs, chilli powder, coriander stalks an½ the leaves, egg and two tbsp salsa.

Season well and mix together with a fork.

Divide the mixture into 6 and shape into burgers.

Place on the griddle and cook for about 5 minutes on both sides.

While the burgers are cooking, mix the remaining coriander leaves with the yogurt, lime juice and some black pepper. Cut the buns in half and spread the bases with some of the yogurt mix. Then layer with the avocado, onion, burger, salsa and yogurt.
