Traditional Pizza Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove crushed
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp fresh oregano chopped
Method

Heat the oil in a saucepan and cook garlic over a medium heat until it starts to turn brown.

Discard the garlic and add the tomatoes to the pan.

Stir over a medium heat until it thickens.

Blend well then stir in the oregano.

When sauce is completely cooled spread over your pizza base, avoiding the edges.
