- 1 tbsp grainy mustard
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 courgette, thickly sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
Blend together the mustard, honey and oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Assemble the veg onto 4 skewers and brush with the glaze.
Cook on your Firepod griddle for 15 mins and brush with the remaining glaze before serving.
