Wholemeal Chapatis

Ingredients
- 150g wholemeal flour
- 100g plain flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 170ml hot water
Method

In a large bowl, stir together the flour and salt.

Using a wooden spoon, slowly stir in the oil and enough water to make a soft dough.

On a lightly floured surface knead the dough until smooth. Divide into 10 balls.

Roll out each dough ball until very thin.

Cook in your Firepod for 1 minute.
