Ingredients
500g white bread flour
1 tsp dried yeast
1 tsp caster sugar
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
100ml passata
Handful of fresh basil, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
200g vegan mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tomatoes, sliced
Method
Put the flour, yeast and sugar in to a large bowl. Mix together 150ml of cold water and 150 ml of boiling water. Add the oil and 1 tsp salt to the water and pour over the flour.
Stir well with a spoon then start to knead the mixture in the bowl until it is soft and slightly sticky.
Dust some flour on a work surface and knead the dough for 10 mins. Put it back in the bowl, cover with a clean cloth and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces and stretch into shape.
Spread the passata on top then add some sliced tomatoes and the vegan cheese.
Cook in your Firepod for 4 mins.

Ingredients
2 pizza bases
4 tbsp of passata
110g can Sardines in Extra Virgin oil, drained
2 large handfuls of grated mozzarella cheese
8 black olives, sliced
Method
Spread the pizza base s with some passata.
Arrange the Sardines and olives over the base s and sprinkle with some grated mozzarella cheese.
Cook in your Firepod for 4 minutes.

Ingredients
150g wholemeal flour
100g plain flour
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
170ml hot water
Method
In a large bowl, stir together the flour and salt.
Using a wooden spoon, slowly stir in the oil and enough water to make a soft dough.
On a lightly floured surface knead the dough until smooth. Divide into 10 balls.
Roll out each dough ball until very thin.
Cook in your Firepod for 1 minute.

A large handful of grated cheddar cheese
1 red pepper
6 black olives
3-4 cherry tomatoes cut in half
Rocket leaves
Method
Spread some of the passata over the pizza base with the back of a spoon.
Scatter the rest of the ingredients over the pizza.
Cook in your Firepod for 4-5 minutes turning once during cooking.
Put some rocket leaves on the cooked pizza to serve.

Ingredients
330g soft brown sugar
375g tomato ketchup
130 ml red wine vinegar
125ml water
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp mustard powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp black pepper
Method
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Use as a marinade for your chosen meat or as a dipping sauce.
