Method

Blend together the mustard, honey and oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Assemble the veg onto 4 skewers and brush with the glaze.

Cook on your Firepod griddle for 15 mins and brush with the remaining glaze before serving.

1 large garlic clove crushed

400g can chopped tomatoes

1 tsp salt

2 tsp fresh oregano chopped
Method

Heat the oil in a saucepan and cook garlic over a medium heat until it starts to turn brown.

Discard the garlic and add the tomatoes to the pan.

Stir over a medium heat until it thickens.

Blend well then stir in the oregano.

When sauce is completely cooled spread over your pizza base, avoiding the edges.

First, make your Easy Pizza Dough then cook in your Firepod for 3 minutes.

Spread some Nutella onto the base, then scatter the strawberries and pears on top.

Put the pizza back into your Firepod for 1 minute.

Ingredients

3 garlic cloves, chopped

Knob of fresh ginger, chopped

Grated zest and juice of one orange

4 spring onions, chopped

3 tbsp of honey

1 tbsp of light soy sauce

2 tbsp vegetable oil

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

2 onions cut into wedges

2 large green peppers, cut into 20 cubes

2 large red peppers, cut into 20 cubes
Method

Grind the garlic, orange zest, spring onions and ginger to a paste in a food processor. Add the orange juice, soy sauce, honey and oil, then blend again.

Place the cubed chicken in a bag and pour in the mixture. Leave to marinate for an hour.

Thread the chicken, onion and peppers onto 10 wooden skewers.

Cook on your Firepod griddle for 7-8 mins on each side or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.

In a large bowl, with your hands mix together all the ingredients until well blended.
