Ingredients

1 pizza base

2 tbsp pizza sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp minced garlic

100g calamari rings

6 king prawns, cleaned keeping the shell intact

6 mussels, cleaned

120g grated mozzarella
-
Salt and pepper

1 tsp chopped thyme
Method
-
Roll out the pizza dough.

In a frying pan, heat the oil and add the garlic.
-
Fry for 3 minutes. Add the calamari and fry for a further 2 minutes.

Season to taste and set aside.

Spread the sauce over the pizza base and arrange the prawns and mussels on top.

Sprinkle with the mozzarella and thyme.
-
Cook in your Firepod for 4 minutes.

Ingredients
2 x 400g cans kidney beans, drained and washed
100g breadcrumbs
2 tsp of chilli powder
Small bunch of coriander stalks and leaves chopped
1 egg
200g fresh salsa
150ml natural yogurt
Juice of ½ lime
6 burger buns, avocado and sliced onion to serve
Method

Heat up your Firepod griddle.

Tip the beans into a bowl and crush with a masher.

Add the breadcrumbs, chilli powder, coriander stalks an½ the leaves, egg and two tbsp salsa.

Season well and mix together with a fork.
-
Divide the mixture into 6 and shape into burgers.
-
Place on the griddle and cook for about 5 minutes on both sides.

While the burgers are cooking, mix the remaining coriander leaves with the yogurt, lime juice and some black pepper. Cut the buns in half and spread the bases with some of the yogurt mix. Then layer with the avocado, onion, burger, salsa and yogurt.

½ inch piece fresh ginger, sliced

1 whole green chilli, seeds removed

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, crushed

½ tsp ground cloves

4 large chicken drumsticks

Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour over the chicken and marinate in the fridge for a few hours.

Cook on your Firepod griddle until the juices run clear.

1 tbsp soft butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove crushed
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Method

Cook the dough base in your Firepod for about 4 minutes turning once during cooking.

Meanwhile mix together the butter, olive oil, garlic and parsley in a small metal pot.

Place the pot on top of your Firepod until the butter has melted.

Pour the butter over the warm dough base and enjoy.

400gms pork fillet, cut into cubes

4 tbsp muscovado sugar

60ml cider vinegar
-
1 tbsp fish sauce
-
Small tin of fresh pineapple, well drained

1 green pepper, cut into chunks
-
1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 10 cherry tomatoes
Method
-
Heat the sugar and vinegar in a pan until the sugar melts.

Add the fish sauce and leave to cool.
-
Tip in the pork and coat thoroughly.

Assemble the ingredients onto the skewers and cook on the Firepod griddle for 4-5 mins on each side.
