Ingredients

650g/1lb 5oz 00 flour (or strong white flour)

7g/ ¼ oz sachet easy-blend yeast

2 tsp salt

25ml/1fl oz olive oil

50ml/2fl oz warm milk

325/11fl oz warm water
Method

To make the dough mix the flour, yeast and salt together in a large mixing bowl and stir in the olive oil and milk. Gradually add the water and mix well to form a soft dough

Place the dough on a floured surface and knead for about five minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Transfer to a clean bowl and cover with a damp tea towel. Leave to rise until doubled in size. About 1 ½ hours.

When the dough has risen, knock it back and knead again until smooth. Set aside for 30 minutes until it has risen again.

Divide the dough into 4 balls and roll out each one.

Now you can add your favourite toppings and cook in your Firepod.

Ingredients
50ml extra-virgin olive oil 1 large onion finely chopped 3 garlic cloves crushed ½ tsp of chilli flakes 2 x 400g chopped tin tomatoes 1 tbs of red wine vinegar Small bunch of fresh basil
Method

In a medium size saucepan heat the olive oil and gently fry the onions until softened.

Add the garlic and chilli flakes and cook for a further 4 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, red wine vinegar and season to taste with salt and black pepper.

Add the fresh basil and gently simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Tip sauce into a blender and blend until smooth.

425g carbonara pasta sauce

90g shredded mozzarella

100g pancetta, sliced

125g mushrooms, sliced

3 shallots, thinly sliced
Method

First make your easy dough.

Spread the pasta sauce over the bases and sprinkle the cheese.

Top with pancetta, mushrooms and shallots.

Cook in your Firepod for 4 minutes.

Handful of mushrooms

150g baby spinach leaves

125 ml pizza sauce

Handful of grated cheese

6 baby tomatoes

2 eggs
Method

Pre-cook the bacon, sausages and mushrooms in a large frying pan.

Add the spinach and cook for a few minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the pizza base with some sauce and sprinkle half the cheese.

Top with the bacon, sausage, mushrooms and spinach then crack an egg into the middle. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and baby tomatoes.

Cook in your Firepod for about 4 minutes turning once during cooking.
